隨著RV休旅車的盛行與人們對車內空間的越來越要求，車廠無不費盡心思在僅有車車身大小內創造出最大的空間，而日本向來以擅長創造寬敞車室空間聞名的車廠─HONDA，於本次的東京車展中就展出了一輛以車室空間運用為訴求的S.U.U〈Small.Urban.Useful〉七人座慨念車。
S.U.U是一輛以空間完美運用為出發點的概念車， S.U.U可以在短短的4055mm車長中提供讓七個人乘坐的空間；S.U.U空間運用神奇之處在於其特別將以往裝置在後軸上的油箱向前挪至前座下方，與S.U.U第三排座椅的收納空間是在第二排座椅下方，這種和從前以拆卸與向前〈後〉翻折不同的收納方式，可使空出來的空間更為平整，也充分運用前後座以下原本鮮少使用的部分。另外，由S.U.U外觀就已可讓人覺得有種開闊的感覺，低腰線的設計，讓乘客有更大的視野，乘客不會有侷促的壓迫感。
雖說S.U.U目前只是一輛概念車，但以ＨＯＮＤＡ近來所推出的新車〈如：7代Civic、Fit與new CR-V等〉，車內空間運用皆有新花招的情形來看，其靈活盡其所能的空間運用方式，應該很快就會在ＨＯＮＤＡ的量產車出現。
