HONDA成為英國日系車第二大品牌！

根據英國監理單位最新的新車掛牌統計數據顯示，本田去年在英國的新車掛牌數量，已經超越原有的日系車第二名日產，成為英國市場僅次於豐田的第二大日系汽車品牌！

去年本田在英國的新車掛牌數量總共有91241輛，比起2003年成長了一成一左右，必起同樣來自日本的日產汽車多出約1000輛，而日產在英國去年的新車掛牌數量，反而比起2003年減少了一成五左右，至於日系車在英國表現最佳的依舊是豐田，去年以121000輛的新車掛牌數量坐收，這三個日系品牌擁有一個共同點，都在英國境內擁有整車生產線。

歐洲本田副總Ken Keir表示，這要歸功於英國本田採用健康的成長策略，不以過度的促銷手法影響車輛本質在品牌經營的重要地位，此外像CRV這樣成功的商品，在英國中古車市場，以三年車齡的中古車來說，市場成交的行情價都還有新車價的七折以上，也一再證明本田車款優異的產品表現，以及超越同儕的中古車保值表現，已經受到當地市場的普遍肯定。

自從CRV上市以來，已經在全球賣出超過二百萬輛新車，每年全球平均銷售量250000輛中，在歐洲就賣出約四萬輛，而全新改款的歐規CRV，更增列了本田最新科技的柴油引擎，相信會對於CRV將來在歐洲地區的銷售大有助益，而且歐洲本田總部更預估，在2005年銷售的CRV，柴油車款所佔比例可能將高達五成。
