    HONDA新Civic日本試駕(4)-新動力心臟輕快輸出又省油

當前一代Civic改搭1.7升動力時,在全球就引起一陣騷動,因為在一片1.6/1.8升當道的市場,突然出現這種不符潮流的排氣量,對消費者而言頗為奇怪;而新Civic則改走1.8升路線,以迎合市場口味。

雖然目前在日本所發表的新Civic,其所搭載的動力心臟為一具1799cc單凸輪軸引擎,排氣量較前一代增加不到100cc,且同樣沿用i-VTEC可變氣門正時與揚程電子控制系統+延遲進氣閥門關閉正時機構,但導入首度出現在Civic車系上的DBW線傳油門和電子節流閥科技後,引擎的運轉變得更為平順,也因此在測試跑道上能輕易感受到140hp/6300rpm、17.7kgm/4300rpm的功率輸出。

啟動引擎、釋放Z型手煞車拉桿、將檔位排入D檔,隨後輕踩油門,嘿!油門變得相當輕快,且引擎轉速指針隨著油門深淺同步起舞,以時速30km/h緩緩進入環形跑道,接下來就是油門全開,一路上從100km/h上到160km/h,旋即以160km/h左右的速度作高速巡航。過去輕飄飄的車身,於高速狀態下顯得非常穩,呈現出類似歐洲車的路感。

在五速自排變速系統的加持下,換檔機制變得更加平順,由於這具變速箱採用線性電磁閥、動態液壓控制與DBW的協調設計,加速性大幅提昇,就經驗與感覺告訴我,0-100km/h應該有10秒上下的實力,當然換檔時的頓挫感,也藉由密齒比檔位結構而不再出現。要說風切聲何時出現....130km/h吧!

其實在高速巡航下,新Civic確實有著非常精進的提升,最主要是它已經不再是1.6升中小型房車格局,而是向2.0升級距挑戰的新產品。在中低轉速時,扭力也稱得上充沛,尤其是在五速自排的幫助下,時速40-60km/h之間根本無需用到四檔以上,三檔就綽綽有餘。

此外,礙於時間和條件有限,無法測得耗油量,但根據日本原廠所提供的數據顯示,每公升可達17公里,同時亦能達成「日本平成22年度燃費基準」更嚴苛的5%,而環保方面也取得「日本平成17年排出廢氣基準」降低75%的認證。這在在說明HONDA於動力技術的成就,已經與本田宗一郎的夢想相吻合。
