雙動力汽車不但已經在全球市場上逐漸發燒（台灣除外！），而且除了歐美日等國家政府也啟動了不少獎勵措施，包括針對Hybrid車輛的環保與節能予以獎勵，現在連私人企業也開始囉….
根據最新消息報導，自從2004年開始，就有部分美國企業，供部分補助給Hybrid車主，凡是車主購買平均油耗在每加侖45英里以上（相當於每公升行駛19.1公里以上）的車主，將會獲得5千美金的補貼。
其中，搜尋網站巨擘Google，還有美國知名休閒品牌Timberland等，最近也頒佈新的Hybrid獎勵計畫，Google提供購買Hybrid的車主1500美金的補助，如果是營業用車款話則提高為2500美金，至於美國休閒品牌Timberland則提供給新Hybrid車主3000美金的獎勵金。
看看國外發生什麼事情吧…台灣這個小島，大家還在為了有的沒有的吵來吵去，口水漫天，卻沒有人正視全球都在注意的問題，譬如可能導致一億人死亡的禽流感（還繼續舉辦賽鴿勒…），還是全球汽車相關產官學界都在重視的環保節能問題，要像美國這樣提供Hybrid補助，以提昇人民購買意願….我覺得應該是下輩子吧….台灣正在由各領域不斷地讓自己邊緣化中…..
