HONDA最廉價Hybrid確定，就是下一代Fit！

現在唯一靠著獨自研發Hybrid與TOYOTA相抗衡的，只有日本的HONDA，當然為了能像Prius般橫掃市場，HONDA也決定在2009年推出價格更低廉的Hybrid，根據推測將以下一代Fit為基礎。
日本HONDA社長幅井威夫於董事會時表示，為了提升Hybrid的佔有率，並有效降低成本，決定於2009年推出全新的Hybrid車款，價格上將壓在日幣200萬圓以內，差不多在新台幣68萬-70萬元左右。
先前AutoNet就已經針對HONDA低價策略Hybrid車款作報導，如今更明確獲得的訊息，此廉價Hybrid將以下一代Fit為基礎所量身訂製，車身型態可能為四門或五門，而外觀造型將走渾圓可愛路線；至於一般型態的Fit，傳聞會出現性能版的Type R，真相如何只好等2007年正式發表。
此外，一但Fit Hybrid真的問世，那麼頭號目標當然就是TOYOTA Prius，不過面對市佔率已高的Prius，低價Fit能否切入還得靠HONDA的行銷策略。
