    HONDA i-CTDi要進軍北美市場?!

我們不說,國內的消費者可能真的不知道,不久前曾經表示將新開發一具排氣量1.7升的i-CTDi共軌柴油引擎!

其實,日系車廠開發柴油動力的並不多,像NISSAN就利用同集團的RENAULT的dCi柴油引擎,而MAZDA當然採用的是FORD旗下的柴油引擎,而MITSUBISHI歐規車系則是因應不同車款,除了採用M-BENZ的CDI引擎之外,也有像Grandis採用VW的TDI柴油引擎,而豐田集團的D4-D柴油引擎,其實也是晚進才開發出來的新柴油動力系統…..如果不是要進軍歐洲市場的話,日系車廠本身手上還真的沒有自家研發的新世代柴油動力勒…..(我說的當然是指自小客!)

但隨著全球對於替代性能源議題的方興未艾,日系車廠也發現柴油動力系統未來可將具有全球市場的發展潛力,而率先將計畫導入北美市場的業者,則由日前正式公開宣佈的本田技研搶頭香,該不會是因為傳出雷諾日產將與通用結盟之後,該超大集團如果形成,將具備以新世代柴油動力進軍全球的雄厚實力!

根據計畫,本田目前在歐洲提供搭載2.2升i-CDTi共軌柴油引擎的Accrord與CRV車系,另外加上未來即將問世的1.7升版本,更適合搭載在像Civic這類中小型車系,不過先要解決的問題,還是關於美國各州難搞的環保法令!
