外型長得方方正正會不會討喜？肯定會，而且會吸引一堆男性消費者喜愛，為什麼？因為圓圓的沒啥個性，方正銳利才是男子漢的象徵。
正為了吸引男人，HONDA HR-V後繼車就長得非常有個性。雖然離正式發表還有兩個月，且對外尚未公布正式名稱，僅知道是以Stream底盤為基礎所重新設計的Crossover，姑且就讓我們稱為它為新HR-V吧！
根據AutoNet所掌握的獨家訊息，新HR-V的車身尺寸為4285×1755×1670mm，外觀造型可是有著強烈美式SUV風格，因為方正有型的確散發霸氣。由於與Stream同底盤，雖然軸距縮短40mm為2700mm，但內裝空間仍呈現三排七座配置，且藉由座椅變化得以呈現更靈活的運用。
動力上新HR-V延續Stream的直四1.8升與2.0升兩種排氣量，可分別輸出140hp/17.7kgm、150hp/19.4kgm的功率，驅動模式除了基本款的FF，還有頂級的四輪驅動，全車系均配置五速自排變速系統。配備上首度使用腳踏式手煞車系統，並導入恆溫空調、VAS、衛星導航等系統。
