雖然擁有近300hp的動力，但Legend卻以相當線性的方式呈現。
|
坐進HONDA Legend駕駛艙，雖然豪華感營造的相當傑出，但更可感受到一股內斂的運動氛圍；插入鑰匙啟動引擎，3.5升V6引擎低聲的展開工作，起初先以順暢的駕駛方式感受，可發現此具引擎的運轉精緻度相當高，車室內幾乎感受不到任何的不適震動，而逐漸加深油門時，順暢的動力湧現方式更無任何突兀感受，雖然與起初感受的運動感有些違背，但卻與其頂級旗艦車格相互呼應。

SH-AWD可視車輛動態分配最佳輸出狀態，且車輪扭力轉移作動十分滑順不突兀。
|
順暢見長的動力輸出
場景換至空曠的道路，立刻加深油門往前奔去，渾厚的推進力道立刻湧現，油門踏板與引擎動力釋放完美融合，並無任何高科技的隔閡感受，展現了人車合一的理想境界；而在Legend所搭載的3.5升V6引擎中，採SOHC的配置最大可釋放出295hp/6200rpm馬力，與.36.0kgm/5000rpm峰值扭力；雖然擁有近300hp的動力，但展現出的力道沉穩卻不躁進，與先前所試過擁有311hp最大馬力的INFINITI新世代G35動力輸出方式大相逕庭，雖然僅差距16hp，但兩者的推進感受，可感受到明顯的不同個性。
VTEC的迷人高速
或許對於熱血車主而言，Legend線性的加速魅力無法確實滿足，但回歸車格定位，為HONDA最高旗艦地位Legend所需要的是更為全面、非單一運動面向的實力，因此有此性能表現，個人認為是可圈可點，且別忘了，那超過4500rpm轉後VTEC開啟後再度湧現的加速力道，更展現出此距動力的迷人深度，中高速的奔馳快感，Legend絕對值得你一探究竟。
HONDA最高科技體現--SH-AWD
在直線感受完Legend的動力水準後，場景換至山區彎道中，這絕對是測試SH-AWD系統的最佳時刻；征服彎道同時，一方面盯著儀表板中多功能顯示螢幕呈現的四輪扭力輸出監測畫面，可以發現在直線中，會依照加速與減速的動作分別加重前軸與後軸的輸出比例，而當彎道中SH-AWD則會將扭力視車輪偏滑情形調整，且更令人感到佩服的，除了在激烈操駕過程中扭力分配動作迅速以外，調整過程更無任何突兀的狀況，對於一般駕駛者而言，不容易察覺到此系統的作動時刻，但對於熱血的駕駛者而言，又可藉由此系統提升操控極限與樂趣，SH-AWD的高明，的確有資格成為HONDA的金字招牌！
