環保有代價！HONDA CIVIC油電混合車免付塞車稅

英國倫敦本週宣佈，在倫敦交通運輸政策下，HONDA Civic油電混合車在倫敦免收塞車稅；根據英國環保法令規定，車輛排氣量只要每公里低於120公克二氧化碳，並達到EuroIV排放標準，就可以免付塞車稅，HONDA Civic油電車確實夠環保，也達到此一標準，每公里僅排放109公克二氧化碳。
這也意味著這項法令若更臻於成熟發展，新款或現行Civic油電混合車的車主，不論是在倫敦或英國其他地區，都不用支付塞車稅；油電混合車在汽車市場成長越來越快，也受到消費者的青睞，油電混合車市場去年整年更多兩倍生產製造量，與去年相比，HONDA Civic最近一年銷售量並成長500％。
在全球環保意識抬頭下，全球許多環保政策鼓勵消費者購買低污染、低油耗的車款，也提醒政府及大眾對於環保的注重，車廠也應該在環境保護上盡一份心力，共同維護地球環境。
