根據最新外電消息指出，全新世代大改款全尺碼休閒越野SUV車系HONDA Pilot，將在明年元月開幕的2008年底特律北美國際車展上舉行原型車款的全球首演。

在今年東京車展上首演的HONDA CR-Z油電混合動力概念新車。

根據我們率先取得的消息顯示，這款全新的2009年式大改款HONDA Pilot車系，未來也將在阿拉巴馬州的整車廠投產，今年前三季該廠投產約110181輛2007年式HONDA Pilot 新車，比2006年前三季80824輛的產量大幅增加，不過今年前三季HONDA Pilot連同加拿大安大略省Alliston廠的總產量已經減少3.3萬輛左右，此外在即將到來的2008年底特律北美車展上，HONDA原廠還將同台展出FCX燃料電池概念車與CR-Z輕量化油電混合動力概念車。
