2008紐約車展搶先報：全新世代2009年式美規大改款HONDA Fit即將首演！

在2007年東京國際車展舉行前夕就已經率先於當地發售的全新第二代大改款HONDA Fit掀背小車，在日本市場一推出再度締造驚人的優異銷售實績，當然HONDA原廠更殷切期盼這項豐碩的成果可以延續至全球最大的單一市場-北美洲，所以已經擇定在不久之後開幕的2008紐約北美國際車展舉行美規新車的首演。
這款預計將以2009年式身份推出的全新第二代美規HONDA Fit新車，預計在北美當地市場因為油價不斷高漲的環境下，將比前一代車系更受到當地市場的肯定與歡迎，而且新車更在產品設計與性能表現方面有著全面性的提升，對於HONDA品牌未來在北美汽車市場佔有率方面的提升，預計將起到一個相當正面的積極作用。
除此之外，預計美規版本的全新大改款HONDA Fit掀背新車，在安全配備方面將再度刷新原有的標準，原有2008年式第一代美規HONDA Fit美規掀背車系的建議售價約為13950美元（約合新台幣43.77萬元），當地業界一般認為新車售價僅會比原有車型微幅調升，而且也將對當地銷售的美規TOYOTA Yaris車系形成強大的競爭壓力。
