登上市場第三排名！HONDA Taiwan在New Accord上市帶動下 ，4月份掛牌2119輛

2008年以來整體汽車市場衰退的現象未見改善，第一季與去年同期比出現19.3%的跌幅。進入第二季的4月份車市，雖有多輛新車同時上市加持，但整體表現也未見明顯起色，總市場僅掛出了20,190輛，比去年同期又再下滑20.4%，顯見市場跌勢未到谷底，且有擴大趨勢。唯獨HONDA在New Accord上市帶動下，市場表現相對抗跌出色，4月份以2,119輛的掛牌數，10.5%的市場佔有率，登上了市場排名第三的位置。
在汽車市場一片慘跌聲中，累計1~4月份的整體銷售台數，已比去年同期少了19.6%，有些品牌的跌幅更高達近5成，唯獨Honda的表現一枝獨秀，還能維持去年同期的銷售水準，這在連續二年跌深尚未見底的汽車市場來看，表現相當亮眼。4月份HONDA在New Accord上市帶頭領軍下，展示間賞車人潮倍增，展現出新車上市的超高人氣，在供車量有限的情況下，掛出了354輛的成績；SUV代表車款CR-V，持續保有穩定的銷售量，掛出957輛的成績；加上Civic的銷售表現，在口碑形成後，逐漸受到消費者肯定，銷售量也不斷攀升漸上層樓，達到799輛的水準。使Honda在4月份各品牌一片低迷的狀況下，以三款車掛出了2,119輛的成績，比3月份大幅成長了23.4%，市場佔有率也達到10.5%的史上佳績，在市場排名上更一舉推上了第三名的位置。
從2008年一開始，Honda在汽車市場的表現，僅靠CR-V與Civic二款車即已在衰退的市場中，力挽狂瀾，在4月份以跨越級距作為訴求的New Accord加入銷售陣容後，Honda在台的銷售氣勢必然大增，後續行情更是可期。
