以全球標準創造高品質，專訪HONDA Taiwan總經理鈴木良幸

即將在今年10月問世的Fit，可是眾所矚目的力作，也是HONDA Taiwan在台灣的第一輛小型車，對於總經理鈴木良幸來說，雖然已有Civic、Accord、CR-V和進口的Legend，但Fit的出現恐怕會改寫台灣消費者的購車生態。
其實當HONDA Taiwan一宣布確定導入Fit國產化，消息一出旋即引起市場熱烈討論，對於這款車的競爭力，鈴木良幸提出三大優勢，他表示Fit是以HONDA MM（Man-Maximum，Mega-Minimum ）空間極大化、機械極小化概念所設計，因此在小車的外型上確有足以和中型房車相媲美的空間，且所搭載的1.5升引擎就擁有120hp馬力，這在台灣同級車表現可算居冠，當然也帶來更輕巧且靈活的動態表現；至於消費者購車最關心的油耗，因為現在HONDA Taiwan所導入的車款均走歐洲規格，油耗測試也是以歐盟為主，因此Fit每公升平均油耗高達14.5公里在對手中表現最亮麗，即使換算成美國標準也有16.7公里的數字。所以綜合以上結論，就是Fit擁有小車大空間、優異性能和高經濟性三大優勢。
「在Made by Global HONDA的原則下，所有生產基地都有一套標準化的品質管控流程，因此無論是那個地方所生產的HONDA車，品質都完全一模一樣，正因為如此，HONDA可是第一個將中國生產的車款，外銷到嚴苛的歐洲市場，相信這一點可能連BMW等車廠也無法做到。」鈴木良幸對於這點相當自豪，這也可看出他身為HONDA一份子的驕傲。而位於屏東的生產基地也同樣賦予Global HONDA標準流程，所以CR-V在品質上能拿下J.D.Power國產同級車的冠軍，並超越許多歐洲進口品牌。
然而面對台灣汽車市場的銷售大幅下滑，鈴木良幸可是有不同的見解，他說：「在2002年時台灣10年以上的車輛只有20﹪，但到了2007年卻變成40﹪，這幾乎是兩倍的成長率，表示車輛使用年限拉長，這當然也影響整體銷售台數，只不過受到美國次級房貸、信用卡債、高油價、高鐵等大眾交通工具陸續完工，使得台灣新車市場瞬間從50萬輛跌至不到25萬輛規模，要說何時能回溫，我估計今年應該是谷底，2009年開始將慢慢向上成長，至於多少輛才算正常規模，這點我不敢預測，以台灣和韓國相比，台灣人口只有韓國的一半，而韓國因政府保護政策每年新車銷售高達100萬輛，照理說當有50萬輛規模，不過照現在的經濟發展來看，約莫在35-40萬輛左右吧！」
基於日本原廠社長福井威夫曾公開表示要開發日幣200萬圓Hybrid車，且即將在2008年底誕生，這種對環保節能有正面影響的交通工具，鈴木良幸持肯定的態度。他也不諱言表示，「倘若政府能在整體關稅方面下降個新台幣10-13萬元，那麼Hybrid車款進入台灣的機會就非常大，個人也會積極爭取引進，主要是長期來看油價肯定不會像過去那樣低，低油耗車款勢必會成為大熱門，Hybrid車款若能與一般乘用車具備相同價格，那麼競爭力就非常大，Hybrid車就不單僅是提升品牌形象的工具，而是可成為銷售車款的一種。」
最後鈴木良幸認為，雖然汽車銷售很重要，但做到顧客滿意達成三喜才是HONDA的企業目標，無論未來有多辛苦，HONDA Taiwan依然秉持對品質和經銷體系給予最嚴格要求，替消費者帶來最高滿意度，至於能否成為台灣市場前三大品牌，這一點也不重要。
