自製比例提高！大改款第三代HONDA City泰國上市

大改款第三代HONDA City泰國上市。
|
位於亞太地區的泰國，近日由HONDA發表全新大改款泰國版第三代City，並且從即日起開始在泰國上市，建議售價也將於近日公布。大改款City的緊湊車身設計，車頭頗有縮小版歐規Accord，帶點Insight概念車的味道，從車側望去卻又像是Civic，透過MM（Man-Maximum，Mega-Minimum ）空間極大化、機械極小化概念實踐，營造充滿開放視野與安全感的車艙空間。

大改款第三代City動力源自1.5升i-VTEC汽油引擎，不論是性能或油耗表現皆較以往更為出色，同時能對環境保護做出貢獻。而且City也將以泰國汽車市場為銷售起點，目標是向印度、中國等國的汽車市場邁進。
為了增加泰國HONDA的自組能力，日本母廠轉移許多關於新車製造與造車零件的採購流程到此，還有裝配場的設備提生與造車效能提升，藉以加強泰國HONDA的實力，並且增加對泰國當地的車用零組件採購比例。最明顯的例子便是，大改款第三代City由泰國HONDA自製比例提高不少。
泰國HONDA表示，將於今年10月底讓第二個汽車裝配廠在泰國落地生根，讓泰國HOND年度總產能達到新車24萬輛。
