Fit Hybrid乃計畫中的車款，總工程師人見康平專訪

隨著HONDA Taiwan在台灣正式發表Fit，從日本遠道而來的總工程師自然成為AutoNet採訪對象，而在採訪中負責Fit開發的總工程師人見康平透露，Fit Hybrid將會是2009年的重點車型。
根據人見康平表示，早在開發Fit之初，HONDA就已經明確指示要增加Hybrid的技術，因此在整體規劃中，Fit Hybrid將如Insight相同列為接下來的重點，不過輸出功率部分將比Fit稍微低，雖然人見康平未透露輸出功率，但猜測應該就是直四1.3升引擎搭配馬達的組合，最大輸出馬力約在90-95hp左右。
此外，針對Fit前檔玻璃面積較大，對於怕曬黑的女性是否會有所排斥，人見康平表示，當初Fit在日本發表後就有這樣的反應，許多女性消費者很怕曬太陽，但HONDA工程師一開始就考慮到這問題，因此採用防紫外線UV-Cut前檔玻璃，當然在銷售人員向顧客解釋後，女性車主心中的疑慮也跟著消失，至今尚未有抱怨聲音出現，相信這在台灣也是一樣。所以人見康平希望台灣女性消費者放心，對於健康這部分HONDA絕對不會疏忽。
對於以飛度之名在中國銷售，AutoNet相當好奇市場對Fit的反應，人見康平說：「說實在一開始消費者的接受度並不高，但經過一段時間努力後，Fit在中國市場的銷售已是同級車冠軍，更名列所有車款的銷售第二，這樣的成績證明Fit可是世界消費者都能接受的產品。」
