2009年式歐規小改款HONDA Civic Type-R將在12月初於日本發售！

雖然在今年九月份舉行的2008巴黎國際車展上，HONDA歐洲分公司發表了全新2009年式的歐規小改款八代Civic車系，但其中由英國整車廠製造的性能版本Civic Type-R三門掀背鋼砲，則要等到12月初才正式宣佈於日本當地發售！
日本原廠表示，即日起想要入主這款英國製造的「逆輸入」性能掀背鋼砲新車的車迷，可以前往日本境內的授權通路，參加稱為Enjoy Honda＜Honda Racing THANKS DAY＞的活動，現場將會給有意訂購新車的消費者許多的驚喜。
另外原廠表示這款2009年式小改款性能掀背鋼砲，動力系統將搭載一具排氣量為2.0升的汽油直列四缸雙凸輪軸DOHC iVTEC可變氣門引擎，最大馬力經過調校後，已經具備達到201hp/7800rpm，至於峰值扭力則為19.6kgm/5600rpm左右，新車一律搭配六速手排變速系統。
新車的車身尺碼為4275×1785×1445mm，約比日本製造的日規四門性能版本 Civic Typre-R短上265mm左右，但寬度與高度卻增加了15mm，軸距則達到2635mm，比四門車款短上65mm，例外原廠公布新車起步加速0-100km/h僅需6.5秒，安全極速可達235km/h。
至於售價與其他規格配備，要等到12月初正式發表才會公布。
