    美國汽車市場冷颼颼,HONDA Fit銷售一枝獨秀!

受到先前國際原油價格飆漲、次級房貸衝擊及雷曼兄弟引發的金融風暴影響,所有在美國的新車銷售幾乎進入寒冬,但唯獨HONDA Fit卻開出長紅,不僅2008年的銷售量增加73﹪,且所有正年式也已銷售一空,這樣的成績真是羨煞所有對手。

以強大技術力為後盾的HONDA,過去15年在美國汽車市場被稱為最省油的品牌之一,因此當油價開始飆漲時, 許多搭配V8引擎的車款幾乎都乏人問津,然而HONDA的產品陣容中因沒有如此多汽缸的車款故受傷較小,所以當油價高居不下時,HONDA車款的高經濟性就受到青睞。然而向來在美國市場屬小眾的小型車,如今隨著整體大環境開始翻身,但HONDA卻未提早做出因應對策,導致外銷到美國的FiT供不應求,因此HONDA決定將增加美規版的數量,且在2008年度單Fit一款車的銷售量將可達85000輛。

雖然Fit在美國的對手還有NISSAN Versa、SCION xD和SUZUKI SX4等,且2009年式的基本價格為美金15220元,約新台幣51.2萬元,2008年式還高出美金600元,也就是新台幣,且加上導航系統和車輛動態穩定系統後,售價達美金18760元,約新台幣61.9萬元,但高速公路與市區的油耗表現分別為每加侖35英哩、28英哩,可讓車主省卻一大筆開銷。此外Fit比起第一代也略大些,車室內部空間的寬敞度更能讓乘客感到無壓力,當然藉由座椅變化所形成的空間便利性,和不錯的性能表現,都讓Fit在美國市場的銷售成績居高不下。

同樣的狀況也出現在台灣,由於消費者對於品牌迷思高,Fit雖在同級車中的銷售成績並非一枝獨秀,但能在這種低迷的景氣下穩定銷售,如果不是Fit具有魔力,那就是產品正好符合消費者需求。
