    第二代Insight日本大受歡迎,HONDA上調銷售目標

雖然受到日圓強勢走升影響讓日本出口貿易直線下滑,但HONDA卻對於前景相當樂觀,因為最新的節能環保新車第二代Insight,在日本有著不錯的銷售成績原來每月在日本銷售目標5000輛的Insight,只有兩個星期的時間訂單居然達1萬輛,這讓HONDA決定調整日本方面的銷售目標,從年銷6萬輛上修至10萬輛,當然產能部分也將做調整。

在HONDA的規劃中,售價比起TOYOTA Prius便宜更多、並讓TOYOTA決定新舊併賣策略的第二代Insight,全球銷售目標為每年20萬輛,然而Insight不僅成功地讓民眾享受原本高單價的Hybrid車,更在不景氣和高物價時代創造奇蹟,因為2月6日才在日本發表的Insight,短短兩個星期銷售就突破1萬輛,且受到日幣不斷升值造成外銷成本增加,可能導致美國與歐洲等市場夠賣意願降低,遂決定調整先前的銷售目標,將日本由年銷6萬輛上調為10萬輛,其餘10萬輛則分給美國、歐洲及其他市場。

此外,HONDA也在新Insight銷售後,將以開發Hybrid車為接下來的重點,目前已確定的是CRZ跑車、Fit等,也難怪TOYOTA會將HONDA視為最可怕也最可敬的對手。
