轎式休旅先驅，HONDA Odyssey日本銷售累計突破100萬輛！

在1994年以Accord底盤為基礎所開發的Odyssey，算是日本中大型轎式休旅車的先驅，也是HONDA第一款Minivan，因為低底盤、低重心與多元變化且大的空間等優勢，讓Odyssey從誕生至今已發展四個世代，並在日本市場累積銷售超過100萬輛。
從第一代誕生以來歷經14年又五個月時間，HONDA旗下第一款Odyssey在2009年2月底時於日本市場總計銷售1000970輛，這對原廠來說可是難能可貴的成績，因為Odyssey不僅創造HONDA在Minivan領域有著重要地位，更引領其他車廠陸續進軍中大型轎式Minivan的風潮，同時也是HONDA第八款在日本銷售超過百萬輛的乘用車。
早在2000年Odyssey便寫下銷售超過50萬輛的成績，2008年10月第四代登場時碰上全球金融海嘯，雖然銷售量大大受到影響，但Odyssey依然以穩健的腳步獲得消費者認同，不過HONDA也在2008年針對Odyssey的銷售目標與產能進行調整，以因應汽車市場的寒冬。
