    Insight世界大賣,日本HONDA調派作業員!

讓TOYOTA第三代Prius不得不降價拼買氣的HONDA新Insight,人氣果真旺到最高點,在日本單月銷售更達原本目標的4.2倍,也就是21000輛,負責生產的鈴鹿廠更發現人手不足的現象,因此HONDA特地調派100名作業員至鈴鹿廠支援,以應付接下來歐美市場的需求量。

受到全球景氣影響,HONDA在日本專事中大型房車生產製造的埼玉廠,與專事小型車的鈴鹿廠在忙碌程度上可是天壤地別,前者因買氣低迷作業員放了許多無薪假,後者原本就相當忙碌,又因為新Insight的大賣幾乎是產線全開,使得每天必須維持雙線8000輛的規模,為了能取得平衡,HONDA遂從埼玉廠調派100名作業員前往鈴鹿廠支援,希望能將嶄新的Insight如期交到車主手上。

早在今年1月HONDA就已經進行一波的產線調整,將熱賣車種Stream從鈴鹿廠轉往埼玉廠生產,同時4月起北美規格的Fit也交由埼玉廠負責,降低裁員比例,並讓廠房持續運作。然而從美國與日本的銷售數字來看,HONDA在三月的銷售跌幅雖比二份月有些許進步,幅度卻超過30﹪,所幸新Insight及Fit等撐住整個局面,才使得日本三重縣及埼玉縣沒有出現太多失業人口。

而新Insight繼日本正式開賣後,也將陸續在歐美與其他國家銷售,基於低價策略已經造成話題,HONDA預估接下來的需求量會大增,故決定進行作業員調派,以因應未來非常忙碌的生產事宜。
