在不久前剛剛公布的全新小改款2010年式HONDA CR-V車系，日前位於印度的合資汽車銷售公司Honda Siel Cars India Ltd正式宣布，新車即日起於當地授權體系發售，而印度也成為亞洲除了日本之外小改款新車率先上市的市場之一。

根據Honda Siel Cars India Ltd表示，全新2010年式HONDA CR-V車系當地車系編成與建議售價如後（以印度首都新德里地區報價為主）：
CR-V 2.0L手排：219.2萬印度幣，約合新台幣151.54萬元
CR-V 2.4L手排：233.7萬印度幣，約合新台幣161.56萬元
CR-V 2.4L自排：241.2萬印度幣，約合新台幣166.74萬元
 內裝質感更加也換上新款方向盤。 |
根據Honda Siel Cars India Ltd表示，2010年式小改款外觀造型進行些許修改後，車身長度比小改款前增長約45mm，其他高度與寬度、軸距等等尺碼都維持不變，並且換上全新設計的十輻式鋁圈組合。
此外，在配備等級方面也進行些許調整，在當地新上市的車款上，搭載汽油2.4L引擎的車款，一律將定速巡航控制系統、包括側邊氣簾在內的六具防護氣囊、氣囊爆發感應乘員體重力道控制裝置、可外接數位音源的USB介面（位於手套箱內）、鍍鉻表面處理的排檔頭與音響控制鍵等等列為標準配備。
