安全代代相傳， HONDA Odyssey奧德賽獲C-NCAP五顆星評價

在2009年底，中國汽車技術研究中心公佈C-NCAP測試車型碰撞測試結果，結果廣汽本田推出的新一代HONDA Odyssey奧德賽得到48.8分，獲得五顆星最高安全評價，這是繼2007年之後，Odyssey奧德賽以全新改款車型再獲C-NCAP五顆星評價。
繼Odyssey奧德賽、第8代Accord雅閣、新一代Fit飛度之後，新一代Odyssey奧德賽成為廣汽本田旗下第4款獲得C-NCAP五顆星的車型，更是中國第一款連續兩代均獲得C-NCAP五顆星的車型。
新一代Odyssey奧德賽以2.4L豪華版接受C-NCAP碰撞測試，在正面100％重疊剛性壁障碰撞（14.74分）、可變形移動壁障側面碰撞試驗（15.03分）、正面40％重疊可變形壁障碰撞（16分），以及駕駛、前排乘員安全帶提醒裝置、車側防護氣囊/車側防護氣簾獲得3分加總，獲得48.8分。此外，新一代Odyssey奧德賽同樣也以引擎蓋等設計，於意外碰撞發生時，保護行人安全。
新一代Odyssey奧德賽車體採用G-CON安全碰撞技術、ACE高級相容車身設計而成，搭配980MPa高強度鋼材以液壓一體成型、雷射焊接等技術應用成為高強度A柱與部份車體，讓車體剛性提升達到15％。搭配列為標準配備的VSA車輛穩定控制系統、ABS防鎖煞車系統、EBD電子煞車力分配、TCS循跡控制穩定細統與全車6具防護氣囊，全方位鞏固乘員安全。
