HONDA Insight未達20萬輛年銷售關鍵？車型大小所致！

HONDA副總裁Koichi Kondo日前接受媒體採訪時表示，Insight第一年銷售表現不如預期，乃是因為消費者對於車身尺碼過於注重！

HONDA新世代Insight油電複合車型即將問世滿一年，對於去年上市時信誓旦旦的20萬輛年銷售目標，迄今僅有達成130,445輛，離目標還有一大段差距，對於此，HONDA作何解釋？
HONDA副總裁Koichi Kondo日前接受知名媒體Bloomberg專訪時表示：「再我們距離銷售目標最大差異的北美市場中，我認為當地消費者在追求更出色油耗表現的車款時，依舊受限於過往購車框架—車型大小。」
眾所皆知，後推出的全新TOYOTA Prius，同樣搭載的Hybrid油電複合動力系統，但於銷售面表現更勝Insight一籌，Koichi Kondo認為會有此差距，主要是因為Prius有著更大的車身尺碼，而北美消費者依舊有著「車大就是美」的傳統購車觀念，因此PriusKoichi Kondo認為Insight不是輸在科技面，而是「車身大小」！
於美國市場中，新世代Insight車型原先預估有著九萬輛的年銷售量，但迄今卻僅有達成了20,572輛，不可諱言的，北美市場的挫敗，乃是Insight無法有效達成20萬輛年銷售目標的致命關鍵。
至於未來的Fit Hybrid車型，Koichi Kondo則表示，由於目前北美市場對於Fit車型的油耗表現已相當滿意，Fit Hybrid要如何突破，更是讓研發團隊傷透了腦筋！
至於今年北美底特律車展現身的HONDA CR-Z Hybrid油電複合動力小跑車，是否可以其獨特的車型定位強化HONDA於此科技領域的印象，仍需問世後的市場反應而定。
