16個月生產量達10萬輛，HONDA北美Civic基地大歡慶

位於美國印第安那州的HMIM（HONDA Manufacturing of Indiana LLC），是HONDA在當地的重要生產基地，其中的Greensburg廠專門負責生產Civic四門房車與天然氣瓦斯車Civic GX，從啟用以來短短16個月共計超過10萬輛Civic在此誕生，這也創下HONDA生產史上的新記錄。
HMIN的Greensburg廠是HONDA位於北美第七個汽車生產基地，2008年10月9日開始生產Civic四門房車與天然氣瓦斯車Civic GX，歷經1年4個月努力總累計生產數達10萬輛，而Civic在2010年1月於美國銷售成績比起2009年同期有明顯進步，總計成長12.1﹪為14,693輛，同時在同個工廠所生產的Civic，也在2009年9月外銷到南美市場，因此Greensburg廠在HONDA的心目中是相當重要的生產基地。
根據HMIN的副社長Rick Schostek表示「Greensburg廠能在短時間內累計生產達10萬輛，全拜全體員工高生產力所賜。」這樣的話聽在所有員工耳裡自然感到欣慰，畢竟在2008-2009年的景氣低迷之際Greensburg廠仍能寫下如此亮麗成績。
