2011底特律車展搶先報：HONDA Civic九代身形出鞘，明年春季北美搶先上市！

AutoNet先前曾為各位報導過，在2005年進行大改款的第八代Civic，現在又再次進入改款的週期，過去曾有國外媒體表示HONDA可能會延宕新世代的發表時程，但在官方發表下，全新改款的九代Civic正式以進軍北美底特律車展之名，讓相關Civic的各項傳聞煙消雲散！
依照日本車五年一大改款的週期來看，Civic的原訂改管期程理應落在2010年，但由於2008年能源價格飆漲及2009年金融海嘯衝擊的影響，再加上各國日益嚴苛的環保法規限制，讓官方早在2008年就提出下一代Civic的上市時間將延到2011年第三季。
這回的現身預告，無非是讓全球消費者吃下一顆定心丸，否則隨著Civic Type R在歐洲因排放法規的銷售不再續，恐怕讓該車產品力因陣線減縮而光芒失色，同時明年春季在美上市的正面鼓舞，除了令消費者引頸企盼外，相信改裝業者也是磨刀霍霍，準備對這個未來新作援以大刀闊斧。
就AutoNet先前所獲相關九代Civic之情報顯示，未來四門版本將仍在全球市場販售，至於五門車型可能會僅限於日本和歐洲，而美國則增加雙門選擇；另外，在動力配置上除了汽油引擎，五門車型將會採用Hybrid系統，車身尺寸則和現行款大同小異，至於其他規格恐怕還得再等上一段時間。
