2011日內瓦車展搶先報：歐規HONDA Accord改款新登場，ACURA也想跟進登陸歐洲市場

在2010年洛杉磯車展中，ACURA TSX分別針對旗下中堅車款TSX進行改款，其原生車款－歐規HONDA Accord，也將比照辦理進行改款，並預定於2011年日內瓦車展中正式推出，並於今年4月開始於歐洲市場上市。
事實上，基於HONDA的品牌操作手法，ACURA TSX其實就是以歐規Accord為基礎加以修改而來，而原生車款歐規Accord在這次的改款中，包括外觀上換上新的車頭造型，包括新款水箱護罩、前保桿、下擾流等，並新增ACL主動轉向式HID氙氣遠近頭燈，車尾部分也換上新的尾燈造型與牌框設計。而新造型的17吋與18吋鋁圈與平整化車底設計，除了更加增添運動氣息外，對於空氣力學也有所幫助。
而內裝方面也換上新設計的中控台，車內包括車門、方面盤、排檔桿頭與座椅的材質也升級為真皮包覆，搭配類金屬車內飾板，營造出高質感的性能氣息。此外，為了改善NVH隔音品質，更將車窗玻璃加厚0.9mm，內裝與腳踏墊材質也加以升級，讓隔音效果能夠進一步提升。同時底盤懸吊系統也經過重新調校，讓舒適性與穩定性都能夠同步升級。
動力方面則維持現有的2.0L/2.4L i-VTEC汽油引擎，以及2.2L i-DTEC柴油引擎，其中值得一提的是代號為N22B的2.2L i-DTEC柴油引擎的低增壓版本，擁有最大馬力150hp/4000rpm、與峰值扭力35.7kgm/2000rpm，在改款後變得更加環保，其二氧化碳排放量由149g/km降低至138g/km，同時燃油經濟性也有著同步改善。
此外，日本車廠中最先創立的豪華品牌ACURA，眼看LEXUS與INFINITI已先後進入歐洲市場，HONDA也有意將在北美市場表現不錯的ACURA搶進歐陸，不過HONDA品牌在歐洲一向以性能形象著稱，並受到當地消費者的歡迎。因此ACURA可能將以豪華形象進軍歐洲，以與HONDA做出明顯區隔，而其主力車款可能就是預計將於今年芝加哥推出新改款車型的中大型房車TL。不過ACURA能否在歐洲市場吃得開，值得持續觀察。
