HONDA Taiwan珍惜生態資源發展，參與北市環保局護河活動

善盡企業公民的責任，HONDA Taiwan金山裕則董事長上週末率領同仁參與台北市府環保局舉辦「清淨河川暨水質健檢」活動，淨化景美溪畔。此活動是環保局長期推動的河川巡守計劃，包括HONDA Taiwan同仁、台北市河川巡守隊志工，合計超過90人參與本次活動，一同挽袖清淨景美溪河岸環境，還給河川乾淨原貌，活動同時採集溪水進行水質檢測，讓每位參加者體驗水環境保育的可貴。
HONDA Taiwan金山裕則董事長表示，環境保護必須從個人做起，但企業應該集結群體力量，擔負起社會環保活動先鋒，共同為地球環境盡心力，因此號召公司全體同仁響應參加。活動中環保局人員首先說明水環境重要性及河川整治成果，並由環保局吳盛忠局長及HONDA Taiwan金山裕則董事長帶領展開淨溪活動，所有人員分組清除溪邊丟棄物與深埋泥濘的廢棄輪胎等，一上午的淨溪活動總計清理出600公斤垃圾量，及14條廢棄輪胎。環保局吳盛忠局長表示，透過HONDA企業的號召力，喚醒更多社會大眾關心我們的居住環境，也能更加了解河川水環境的重要性。
HONDA長期關注與地球環境保育的永續發展，2011年更宣示挑戰全事業體再消減30% CO2的嚴苛目標，同時發表全球環境宣言「Blue Skies for Our Children」(為孩子們留下一片藍天)，領先時代提出對地球環境的未來藍圖。HONDA研發製造最佳環保車款，在世界各國家積極倡導生態環保理念，HONDA Taiwan秉持相同企業理念，善盡在地公民責任，透過參與環境保護活動為地球永續發展努力。
