電動車產業新革命！日本車商帶頭創建電動車會員制度

NISSAN靠著Leaf的推出，已經坐上日本電動車一哥的地位。

根據來自日本媒體的報導，日本四大汽車廠結合13個日本電力公司，開始推動電動車的充電會員制度，以作為推廣電動車普及使用的基礎，並且從2012年開始讓擁有電動車的車主僅需以支付會員費用的方式，便可在其組織架構下的充電站進行充電補給，並可享受到更多的優惠與折扣，而車廠也可以依據向會員所收取的費用，來進一步投資更多的充電站設施。

在2010年CHAdeMO聯盟的合作簽署下，目前在日本境內所使用的電動車款都具有共通性的充電架。

目前TOYOTA、HONDA與MITSUBISHI等三大車廠站在同一陣線，並且與中部電力公司等9家企業，在東京成立名為「Charging Network Development Organization」的新公司（三大車廠與中部電力公司各佔18.2％的股權，其餘則分配給另外5個企業），藉由所招募的會員所繳納的會費來加速興建快速充電站、電動車銷售據點等設施。而靠著Leaf在電動車市場佔有率最高的NISSAN，則與住友商事等4家企業則是另組聯盟，同樣以會員制度的方式來號召電動車的使用者加入。

據了解，在2010年CHAdeMO聯盟的合作簽署下，目前在日本境內所使用的電動車款都具有共通性的充電架構，因此現階段電動車的車主或駕駛人，僅需選擇加入自己所喜好的充電服務業者（例如距離住家或上班地點較近的充電站或是價格較為誘人…等等），便可以在所屬的充電設施中進行快速充電的服務，這樣的作法也讓電動車的使用方式進入了新的時代，就好比買手機可以依據資費與優惠條件而自由選擇系統服務商一樣。

根據統計現階段全日本共有800個快速充電站，主要分佈在幾個重要的都會區域之中，但這樣的數量仍然不足以讓電動車具備有足夠的便利性，而兩大電動車充電站聯盟的成立，除了將有益於提升對電動車使用者的實質服務之外，同時也將刺激相關產業投入對電動車充電設施的建設，才能讓電動車的實用性與普遍性加速達到令人滿意水準的腳步。
