    2011東京車展報導:HONDA發表 EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY

隨著環保意識的抬頭,消費者對於節能減碳的意識也越來越健全,造車工藝已不再只限於性能動力上的著墨。Hybrid技術運用的構築、小排量高動力的輸出表現也漸漸主導了未來車型導向趨勢。HONDA也在近日發表了新一代動力技術「EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY」,更強調〝生態環境與工業共存〞的企業理念。


EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY將以先前發表的K-car車型「N-BOX」為分水嶺,預計在2012年下半季開始全面更“心”,搭載技術革新後的動力引擎,希望在2013年完成日本K-car節能車系商品列建構並達到年平均碳排量第一的中程目標以及2020年完成汽車類商品年度排量減少30﹪的里程碑。

EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY技術概要:

極致動力 燃耗提升


HONDA獨創的VTEC(可變式汽門)技術,藉由固定的轉速開啟油壓推桿動作,同時可變換進氣氣門的正時與揚程,更可透過錐形可變開啟時機機構達到全速域的動力提升。而新一代的I-VTEC、E-VTEC也將朝著更嚴苛的動力表現需求以及完美的燃燒效益而努力。在DOHC引擎設計上,最佳的進氣效果以及組件輕量精緻化一直都是HONDA所著重的要點,而在導入EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY技術之後,新開發的引擎將採用更為橢圓的燃燒室搭配緞造凸頂活塞以及短軸密齒的曲軸軸心設計,預計能削去15%的乾燥重量。重新設計後的配重曲柄、凸輪軸、汽門連桿搭配VCM、VTC等燃油控制系統,使得整體燃耗效率有更好的表現。

無感接合 完美駕馭


新開發的小型化CVT無段變速箱,著重於變速飛輪與變速皮帶的接合力道,藉著動態變速感應系統以及高感度油壓感知系統在面對不同路況下,都能依照個人的駕馭特性提供最完美的扭力轉換與動力傳輸,透過G-Design Shift油門整合系統,給油、變速、轉換的完美連動,近乎無感的極致接合也將提供駕駛人更豐富的駕駛樂趣。HONDA近年來成功研發的DCT(雙離合變速)系統,也將針對國內市售車型率先導入新一代DCT雙離合器變速箱,動力與節能兼具的性能表現也正符合未來房車的導向需求。



無碳電能 創新世代



全新開發的前後雙電磁馬達驅動模組,讓電力驅動的範疇不再只被約束於低轉的速域,搭配高輸出的AUTO SH-AWD(電能驅動力分配系統)可提供瞬間120khW的電能動力。預計2013年起將率先運用在3.5L V6引擎,媲美V8引擎的加速性與直追直4引擎的耗能表現都將讓HONDA的造車工藝進入全新的領域。前30W、後20W電動馬達配置輔以7速自排變速箱所組成的4WD驅動系統,也將與MITSUBISHI S-AWC(超能全時四輪控制系統)一分高下。
