    2011東京車展報導:佈局歐陸,HONDA開發小排氣量柴油引擎

Autonet汽車日報曾經報導過,HONDA於本屆東京車展發表新一代節能科技「EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY」,並以於會場同步發表新型K-car「N-BOX」為分水嶺,預計於2012年下半季完全機種導入的計畫。根據Autonet獨家了解,HONDA也將其技術導入高輸出小排氣量的柴油引擎開發。


HONDA表示:消費者對於房車燃耗日漸嚴苛,國內各社也紛紛著手進行小排量引擎的開發。為了迎合未來的趨勢,HONDA除了致力於電能驅動技術之外,在燃料引擎方面也計畫在歐陸市場以全新開發1.6L直四柴油引擎取代現行歐規市場所使用N22B i-DTEC 2.0L柴油引擎。最大馬力120hp、最大扭力為30.6kgm,引擎壓縮則定在16.0:1,相較於MAZDA Skyactiv D的16.0:1與MITSUBISHI 4N13的13.4∼16.4:1,可看出HONDA新開發的1.6L直4柴油引擎也將以高壓縮比帶出更大動力的方式達到節能的效果。我們也大膽研判新開發的柴油引擎應該會運用在歐規CIVIC上。


引擎缸體將採用鋁合金鑄造技術打造,成功讓引擎本體淨重減少50kg,為了能降低引擎磨耗並延長使用年限,將採用更為橢圓的燃燒室與體積更小的凸頂活塞以及短軸密齒的曲軸軸心設計提高輸出功率,再搭配BOSCH共軌式180Mpa缸內直噴系統與重新設計後的配重曲柄、凸輪軸、汽門連桿,透過VCM、VTC精準的燃油監控下,達到最極致的燃耗表現。


繼MAZDA與MITSUBISHI相繼發展出最新的節能技術之後,以發展頂尖科技立社的HONDA也將推出搭載EARTH DREAMS TECHNOLOGY技術的高壓縮比節能引擎,預計於2012年下半季將陸續導入歐陸市場。過去,本田也曾在06年大力宣傳過自家所開發的觸媒節能系統,市場的反應卻是極為冷清。如何能在高規格的油耗競爭中勝出,並同時獲得市場的認同也考驗著HONDA掌舵手的智慧。
