低碳住宅大作戰∼HONDA Smart Home System(二)

HONDA於2011年5月23日宣布「HONDA Smart Home System」本田智能家居系統研究計畫，簡稱HSHS，日前已於日本埼玉縣埼玉市完成第一階段的實驗性住宅，對實踐低碳住宅與交通環境有正面意義。

HONDA天然氣發電機的應用

此計畫乃是與埼玉大學合作，此實驗住宅興建位置也就是在埼玉大學校地內，未來在2018年計畫完成三所實驗性住宅。此HSHS實驗性住宅，在屋頂架設大面積太陽能發電板，整合電廠的電力設施，提供家庭用電所需，更重要的是，為電動車提供經濟實惠的充電方式。
HSHS具備高效能太陽能發電器，採用特殊的CIGS薄膜太陽能電池，內部應用銦、鎵、硒等特殊元素，根據HONDA的研究報告，HSHS系統可以降低對火力或核能發電廠高達60％的能源依賴，如果搭配HONDA研發的天然氣發電機，將可降低對電廠高達92％的電能依賴！
此系統另一特點為具備中央控制系統，用戶可使用智慧型手機或專屬監視系統，隨時掌握住家用電狀況，包括單日用電量與每月的用電量，並可做分析與比較。然而未來普及化仍然有許多障礙，除了成本因素外，還有電動車的普及問題。
此外，此系統必須經過妥善安裝，如何配合建商推動新世代減碳住宅也是重點，而且HSHS目前乃是針對獨棟別墅型住宅設計，適合歐、美居住環境，並不適合都會區集中式高樓住宅。
