    新興市場戰略新作,HONDA Brio MUV 2014年第一季問世

於2012年以新興市場戰略車為訴求而誕生的Brio/Brio Amaze,是HONDA近年來的最新入門車款,然而對HONDA來說光五門掀背和四門的車款是不夠,因為汽車在這些市場屬於一家多口日常與工作使用,Brio和Brio Amaze仍偏重家庭,因此HONDA也將於2014年推出相同底盤的單廂乘用車,來滿足市場需求。

基本上在東南亞、印度等新興市場,單廂轎式休旅車的銷售量不小,雙排五座、三排七座都相當受到歡迎,NISSAN Livina、DAIHATSU Xenia、TOYOTA Avanza、SUZUKI Ertiga等都在這些市場有著不小佔有率,但放眼HONDA卻獨缺這一級距,因此在Brio/Brio Amaze問世後,業已著手開發代號2NH的Brio MUV,也就小型多用途車款,並預計2014年4月會登場亮相。

根據AutoNet汽車日報了解,以Brio車系底盤為基礎,並沿用相同軸距2405mm的Brio MUV,車身尺碼將從3990×1680×1485mm變成4250×1690×1685mm,整體外觀造型並不如Brio那般年輕化,而是較為中規中矩,而HONDA的M/M車身最小化/空間最大化概念也導入Brio MUV,不僅獲得4.6m最小迴轉半徑,雙排五座的車艙空間相當寬敞,配備方面也以實用便利為訴求,雙前座SRS氣囊、ABS防鎖煞車系統、EBD煞車力道分配系統、四輪碟煞配置、G-CON車體結構、CD音響及冷暖空調等,也都列入配備清單中。

動力方面共有一汽一柴兩種設定,代號L12B、排氣量1198c.c.直列四缸i-VTEC SOHC 16V汽油引擎,最大輸出馬力與扭力90hp/6000rpm、11.2kgm/4800rpm,可搭配五速手排或CVT無段自動變速箱,另一具為1498cc直列四缸i-DTEC DOHC柴油心臟,具有100hp/3600rpm;20.4kgm/1750rpm的輸出功率,僅和五速手排組合。前麥弗遜、後拖曳臂的懸吊結構,一來容易維修二來能顧及操控和載重,且也能有效降低成本,以Brio MUV這種新興市場專屬車型來說,這樣的配置已經足夠。

由於2016年HONDA希望達成全球600萬輛的銷售規模,因此Brio家族就成為相當重要的產品,至於Brio MUV能否明顯提升HONDA在新興市場的佔有率,或許就等2014年正式發表後消費者反應便能明朗。
