HONDA Fit在國內可說是能見度相當高的五門掀背小車，這點在其他國家也相同，堪稱是HONDA旗下相當重要的產品；現行世代車型自2007年登場到現在也已經有六年多的時間，可說是已經進入產品生命週期的末端，而在前些日子新世代Fit的樣貌遭到揭露之後，近日HONDA原廠則是在日本北海道舉行了大規模的媒體試駕活動。

而目前所掌握的情報顯示，雖然這次媒體試駕的車型「Prototype」，也就是所謂的原型車，但在各部的規格其實已經與量產車沒有太大的差異；在動力系統的部分，新世代Fit將具備三種不同的配置，包括1.3L直四自然進氣汽油引擎、1.5L直四缸內直噴自然進氣汽油引擎與以1.5L Atkinson循環直四引擎搭配高出力電動馬達的Hybrid車型。

其中最受矚目的莫過於首度出現在Fit車系當中的Hybrid車型，因為除了Atkinson循環直四引擎與電動馬達的搭配之外，更導入了SPORT HYBRID i-DCD七速雙離合器變速箱、IPU智慧型動力系統以及煞車動能再生系統，再搭配上輕量化的車體結構之後，讓這套系統的效率比起HOMDA原先的IMA動力系統更高出35%，在原廠的測試之下也創造出36.4km/L的超優異油耗數據，堪稱小型掀背車同級距當中最優異的表現。

另外Hybrid車型也具備三種駕駛模式包括純電動的EV Drive模式、雙動力的Hybrid Drive模式以及指采韻引擎動力的Engine Drive模式，雖說原廠並未針對動力輸出公布官方數據，但根據推測Fit Hybrid在引擎的部分應該具有110hp/13.7kgm的水準，搭配上電動馬達的22kw/16.3kgm最大輸出，更可達到137hp/17.3kgm的綜效輸出。

至於傳統動力車型的部分，1.5L直四缸內直噴自然進氣汽油引擎同樣具有高壓縮比的特性，擁有132hp/15.8kgm的最大動力輸出，可與六速手排或是CVT無段變速系統做搭配；至於1.3L直四自然進氣汽油引擎同樣採取Atkinson循環，壓縮比更是高達13.5，可說是完全的節能設定，不過在動力輸出上同樣也有100hp/12.1kgm的水準。
