    HONDA科技巡禮(6):非賣品!CR-Z完全輕量化版試駕

在F1賽場有多年經驗的HONDA,隨著近年來CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics)碳纖維複合材質運用成為一種趨勢,遂以CR-Z為基礎打造出一輛專為輕量化車體研究的特別版本,但這可不是拿來當裝飾,而是要盡情地操駕,既然來到日本,又是HONDA最高機密的測試場地,沒有好好享受似乎會辜負原廠的一番好意。



這輛外觀看起來與一般CR-Z沒有相差太多的測試車,單看外表實在無法察覺有什麼不同,然而當開啟車門的瞬間才發現果然大有料。由於整個CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics)碳纖維複合材質座艙底板結構宛如個大澡盆,當車門啟閉時,車頂會自動上掀,不過要進出車艙可就要來點技巧,感覺上和駕駛部分超跑沒什麼兩樣。

由於採用鋁合金鋼管車架、CFRP一體成型底板、GFRTP玻璃纖維強化熱塑性塑膠前車架,就連煞車、輪圈、轉向系統都予以輕量化,因此車重從1130kg一口氣減少了30%,只剩下800kg。動力仍為1496cc直列四缸SOHC的引擎,並與電動馬達組合,總輸出功率達120hp/6000rpm、14.7kgm/4800rpm,並與六速手排組合,重心高度也降低26mm為506mm,0-100km/h加速縮短為8.3秒,進步約30%,單看這些數據絕對沒有感覺,原廠也希望能下場親身體驗,對此我當然不會客氣,難得有機會試到這種開發測試車,心中自然是興奮。

所以坐進車內按下引擎啟動鍵,由於動力沒有任何更動,也就沒有太多期待,對於性能並不會有太高的期待和要求。然而排入一檔重踩油門之際,卻發現加速性比起一般CR-Z要來得強,爾後以80-90km/h的速度進入彎道,車身沒有拉扯,更不會側滑或不穩,車輛就這麼服貼地行進,這全拜降低車身與強化車體技術所賜;旋即來個連續小彎,靈巧的動作一氣呵成,完全不拖泥帶水,這樣的衝勁很難想像動力只是1.5L的油電複合。整個測試過程大約60秒左右,回到起點實在令人意猶未盡,這時我實在很不願意下車,因為開得不過癮!


根據了解,這輛超輕量化CR-Z並沒有量產計畫,理由很簡單,因為身價太高很難量產,不過HONDA工程人員私下透露,現在正努力朝量產化努力,但非車輛而是輕量化技術,只要能降低成本,未來極有可能會運用在量產車上。
