2014日內瓦車展報導：本田魂再起，HONDA Civic Type R Concept實車亮相

對於HONDA車迷來說，除了MUGEN無限的改裝加持之外，Type R在他們心中就是最高的性能指標。而HONDA在2013年11月率先曝光了全新Civic Type R原型車之後，就令外界相當期待量產車型的到來，隨著HONDA社長伊東孝紳預定的2015年上市的日期逐漸接近，以及展前釋出的車尾廠照，本屆的日內瓦車展Civic Type R概念車也終於與車迷見面，準備再度點燃本田迷的熱血魂。

其實早在1997年以第六代Civic為基礎所開發的初代Type R，開發理念便是成為全球最速的FF公路賽車，也正式開啟HONDA的R傳奇，隨著歷代的更迭依舊是本田性能迷心中的最愛，而預計今年投入量產的第四代Civic Type R則是以最新的第九代歐規Civic為基礎。

但為了保有一貫的Type R熱血風格，原廠也為其換裝包含前下擾流、側裙、後下分流器、大型尾翼、加寬輪拱等全套的空力套件，並且在引擎蓋上增添散熱孔、後輪拱部份增加了導流孔，除了性能味十足之外，也讓進排氣、散熱效果更加優異，另外頭燈及霧燈也導入了線條俐落的LED導光條，以及競技取向的四出尾管，更顯殺氣十足，不過說到真正令本田迷血脈噴張的就屬視覺突出的紅底廠徽。

內裝及動力部分目前原廠尚未公布，不過預計會按照過往競技取向的內裝鋪陳，配備紅色桶型座椅等，動力則預計搭載以HONDA新引擎技術「Earth Dreams Technology」所設計的2.0L直列四缸直噴引擎，在因應Type R高性能的車型定位，因此HONDA會將VTEC（可變氣門正時與揚程電子控制系統）經過特別調校，再匹配渦輪增壓系統最大馬力可望來到280hp、峰值扭力40.8kgm的境界。

當然，目標成為全球最速的FF車款，自然就是以挑戰目前由RENAULT Megan R.S. Trophy在2011年6月於紐柏林賽道所創下的8分7秒97最速FF紀錄，儘管目前Civic Type R仍在概念車階段，而且性能數據也還須原廠在多加測試後再調整，不過2015年量產在即，挑戰此一紀錄確實指日可待。
