全球重點市場賣透透，HONDA HR-V現身巴西聖保羅車展

2013年日本東京車展現身的Vezel，為HONDA旗下全新第三代底盤平台衍生而來的都會跨界休旅車，不僅被原廠視為新全球戰略車款，更積極走出日本在2014年美國紐約車展（HR-V）、法國巴黎車展（HR-V）、中國成都車展（XR-V）等地採用不同車名亮相。現在隨著巴西聖保羅車展開幕，HR-V也已經來到此地登台亮相。
2014年巴西聖保羅車展媒體日開跑（10月28-29日），HONDA除了在當地展示最新陣容，如Accord、Civic、Civic Si Coupe、Fit、City以及NSX Concept、FCEV Concept概念車外，還有以小改之姿登場的CR-V。當然比起這些，最吸引眾人注意的就是和美國市場同名的HR-V了！且還是以量產姿態登場。
在外觀配置上巴西版本的HR-V並沒有和美規車型有太大差異，主要取消美國當地規定的橘色燈殼外，全車都維持HR-V特有的前衛設計。同時HONDA也宣布，HR-V不僅會在巴西Sumare市的廠房量產外，更排定在2015年3月開始販售。雖然比起美國市場稍晚（2014年第四季），但卻比歐洲地區還要早（2015年第二季），可見巴西市場對HONDA的重要性。
而為符合巴西汽車市場的使用習慣，當地生產的HR-V則是搭載1.8L SOHC i-VTEC雙燃料引擎，在使用乙醇為燃料來源時，可輸出140hp/6500rpm最大馬力與17.7kgm/5000rpm峰值扭力輸出。若為一般汽油則為馬力139hp/6200rpm、扭力17.5kgm/4600rpm，並搭配CVT無段變速系統。
