    2015芝加哥車展搶先報:美式休旅攻城掠地,第三代HONDA Pilot登場在即

即將面臨改款的現行款HONDA Pilot
HONDA在北美市場的耕耘可說是擁有相當悠久的歷史,因此在北美當地也擁有相當多元且專為當地市場所開發的專屬車型,諸如Ridgeline貨卡、Odyssey MPV與Pilot等等較為大型的車款基本上都是以美國的市場需求所開發。而HONDA Pilot這款車長來到4862mm的8人座SUV從2002年發展至今已是第二代產品的末期,在2012年推出小改款版本後如今在2015年芝加哥車展上也即將推出全新第三代大改款Pilot。

第三代Pilot側面輪廓
在HONDA所釋出的預覽圖中,第三代Pilot的外型將稍微擺脫過往方方正正、具備大型輪拱的肌理造型,而改為更為討喜的流線外貌。前兩代的HONDA Pilot都與當時的ACURA MDX擁有深厚的血緣關係,而對照預覽圖也能發現全新的Pilot在尾箱長度比例部份也一改過往較為短捷的設計,而與現行款MDX擁有近似的比例。因此新款Pilot在車長部份有機會突破4.9m來到將近5m的車身長度,連帶的在車室內第三排座椅也將擁有更好的空間表現。

動力部份由於HONDA在該級距的動力選擇並不多,因此推測將會搭載一具排氣量同為3.5L的V6 Earth Dreams自然進氣引擎,導入缸內直噴科技後將可望輸出310hp的最大馬力。變速箱方面若無意外應該會搭載一具六速自排變速箱,但由於目前ACURA旗下也擁有一具由ZF所設計、代工的九速自排變速箱,因此或許也將有機會搭載在新款Pilot這輛新世代產品之上,營造更為優異的換檔綿密性與油耗表現。

儘管目前有關HONDA Pilot的確切消息依舊不明朗,但至少HONDA已經確定要在2月12日的芝加哥車展上發表第三代Pilot,因此最慢在三星期後大家就能一賭全新Pilot的廬山真面目。順帶一提由於Ridgeline也早已屆齡產品末期,因此一般外界推測Pilot的造型走向將會大幅延用至往後新世代Ridgeline身上,也讓車迷朋友們可以拭目以待。
