日本限定四月上市！全新HONDA StepWgn 先行搭載1.5L VTEC Turbo引擎！

日系車廠的精神雖然已經隨著品牌的發展，在各地區市場發揚光大，甚至開枝散葉，但對於日系車廠來說，作為發源地的日本當地還是最重要的一塊市場，再加上獨特的法規，也發展出不少日本當地獨有的車型。而身為日系精神象徵之一的HONDA也在近日預告全新改款StepWgn的到來，並運用上品牌全新的引擎科技以及十足強大的機能性設計打造，務求在競爭激烈的日本市場再創佳績。
HONDA StepWgn過去在日本當地市場的發展並不順遂，在2005年5月推出的第三代產品，因設計太過前衛無法受到保守派消費者的認同，因而被同級對手NISSAN Serena狠狠的擊敗。StepWgn在險境中求生四年之久，才終於在2009年推出第四代產品為其解套。當時為扭轉頹勢，原廠還找上日本國民英雄鹹蛋超人代言，更在一般溫馨版StepWgn之外衍生出個性化的StepWgn Spada版本，在優異的產品競爭力以及廣告代言的強力放送下，果然創造出有別於以往的銷售成績。
現在經過將近六年的奮鬥，第四代StepWgn也差不多到了功成身退的時候，原廠也準備好搭載新世代科技的第五代車型在四月發表。雖然目前詳細規格不多，但初步的車型及動力來源等，都已有資料釋出。車型與過去相同仍分為StepWgn與StepWgn Spada兩種，動力系統部分過去的2.0L引擎已經取消，並改以1.5L與2.4L引擎替代，其中1.5L車型還是使用品牌全新的VTEC Turbo技術，能同時兼顧環保與動力上的表現。

除了動力上的大幅革新之外，車體部分也有相當創新的設計。維持與以往相同的三排八人座配置，並保留後滑門設計，但第三排乘客方面，可藉由平行開啟式的尾門進出，這樣的設計不僅大大提升其機能性，更是相當創新的設計手法。此外，StepWgn全車系皆會搭載先進的駕駛安全性輔助系統HONDA SENSING，讓不論是駕駛、乘客甚至是行人都享有最高規格的安全性；而如此優異且創新的新世代家庭休旅車，將會今年四月於日本發表，但可惜的是該車僅限日北市場，其他地區無福享受。
