    AUCRA有意打造NSX賽車!但是GT3好還是GTE好?

HONDA近年急欲復興以往的高性能形象,並且在短期內發表許多高性能產品,其中作為品牌最高性能代表的NSX,更是以新世代油電動力系統作為動力來源,展現出HONDA在科技層面的成熟面貌。為讓NSX有更加豐富且多元的發展面向,原廠打算開發NSX賽車,但目前仍在考慮將以GT3還是以GTE規格打造。

期盼許久的第二代 NSX終於發表,車輛所有規格也已經定案,就差正式對販售,然而為了對外展演自家跑車性能、同時廣為宣傳,ACURA現有意打造NSX賽車,並出戰各地區賽事。目前NSX雖然在日本有有衍生出賽車車型,但受限於賽制規範,並沒有使用油電動力以及四驅系統,且規格也與FIA規範有所差異,無法以此作為品牌征戰大賽事的戰駒。

而目前令原廠陷入膠著的問題在於,考慮到出賽曝光機會,原廠目前仍在考慮要以FIA GT3規格打造,還是以GTE規格打造。目前ACURA參賽的Pirelli World Challenge是使用GT3規格賽車,要直接提升戰力出戰該賽事當然是打造GT3規格較佳。但是綜觀全球賽事,GT3規格賽事多為歐洲地區舉辦,但GTE規格不僅能參加WEC世界耐久賽,更可以登上Le Mans 24耐久賽。

不論最後ACURA決定以何種規格打造賽車,為求穩定性同時考慮到賽事規格,NSX賽車將會與目前日本的NSX Concept GT相同,捨棄油電動力系統以及四驅系統,並使用與目前旗下的TLX-GT賽車相同的3.5L V6雙渦輪引擎做為動力來源。另外還要考慮到賽車要以那個部門開發,目前HONDA Performance Development以及WTCC賽事合作夥伴JAS MotorSport都是考慮的單位。
