全家人的安全依歸！HONDA Pilot獲IIHS Top Safety+最高安全認證

車輛安全與否已經成為時下消費者購車的第一要務，特別是作為全家人出遊的7人座SUV更是如此，畢竟沒有安全一切空談，所以購車時要更留意規格表上的氣囊數、電子系統、駕駛人輔助科技，甚至是經過權威單位的撞擊測試成績。
全球各地均有替車輛安全進行檢視的政府單位，而相當重視消費者權益的美國，就由IIHS（Insurance Institute for Highway Safety，高速公路安全保險協會）來替消費者把關。而近日最新撞擊測式車款HONDA Pilot的成績出爐。
HONDA在2015年初底特律車展發表了最新第三代Pilot，在加入HONDA新設計語彙，以及全新3.5L V6引擎的配置下，使其在美國大型7人座休旅車市場更具競爭力，並且在5月啟動了生產線，而為了因應上市所需，自然就要接受IIHS的考驗。
根據IIHS的撞擊測試標準，Pilot必須在前方碰撞（Moderate overlap front）、側撞（Side）、車頂強度（Roof strength）、頭枕與座椅（Head restraints & seats）等項目獲得「Good」的評分，同時必須在前方小面積撞擊（Small overlap front）獲得「Acceptable」以上才能獲得Top Safety Pick；若要挑戰更高階的Top Safety Pick+則必須配備前方碰撞預警系統（front crash prevention）。
而測試結果果然沒令人失望，Pilot在所有測試項目均獲得了「Good」評價，同時因為有搭載前方碰撞預警系統，使得綜合評分拿下了Top Safety Pick+的最高安全認證。
