    2015 HONDA先進科技之旅(10):Downsizing進化論,Civic .10 Turbo試駕

猶記得我兩年前參加HONDA先進科技之旅時,原廠就曾讓媒體親身試駕尚處開發的渦輪增壓引擎,當時共有1.0L、1.5L和2.0L三種排氣量,並預告將有其中最引起我注意的就是1.0L心臟,時隔兩年後我終於有機會能體驗一下這具新動力,尤其和歐規五門Civic的組合下,展現出無與倫比的快意奔馳。

對於絕大多數的民眾來說,應該很難想像小排氣量大功率輸出這檔事,不過對我而言只要引擎設計得宜,能以小排氣量獲得媲美大排氣量的性能,且油耗表現也更為優異,同時僅需繳交更少的稅金,這樣的組合何樂而不為。而向來堅持走自然進氣的HONDA,也因應大環境開發Downsizing引擎,這回所試駕的歐規五門Civic,就搭載尚未公開的直列三缸1.0L渦輪增壓引擎,有著130hp馬力和20.4kgm扭力,此乃「地球夢」系列的最新成員。與這具心臟組合的Civic共有六速手排和CVT兩種選擇,一開始我選擇饒富樂趣的六速手排,啟動引擎時發現這具三缸心臟在怠速時震動不大,運轉時也頗為安靜,排至一檔大腳油門下進入環型跑道的加速算快,且有著強烈的貼背感,我旋即從二檔一路至六檔,渦輪遲滯現象微乎其微,輕腳的離合器踏板和明顯檔位完全沒有負擔,此時受限於原廠的設定直線加速在180km/h就上不去,而運轉的精緻度頗令人欣賞,並不會因過於猛勁而氣虛,反而還有餘力繼續向上攀升。

回到起點換駕CVT仕樣,模擬傳統自排的變速箱頗高明,並未如一般CVT那種拖泥帶水又沒什麼力道的感覺,這方面HONDA可是已有豐富經驗,所以加速時雖然平順但仍有些許貼背感,不過也少了手排的暢快,因此就這麼一路加速至175km/h左右;只不過再加速的力道略嫌虛弱,所幸渦輪增壓的幫助下才讓再加速有點感覺。無論手排或者CVT,引擎的震動與噪音抑制地相當好,尤其我所憂慮的三缸引擎平衡性在HONDA精心設計下趨近完美,如果和其他歐洲車廠的三缸引擎相比,這具心臟可是擁有不相上下的實力與表現。



雖然這具全新開發的直列三缸1.0L渦輪增壓引擎並未公佈數據,不過兩年前是以100hp為目標,但今天體驗後發現130hp/20.4kgm表現確實驚人,也就是說在排氣量變小後卻有著1.5-1.6L自然進氣引擎的性能,據HONDA社長八鄉隆弘透露,接下來這將成為未來的主力,並會陸續因應市場需求搭載於旗下車款上,不過以現階段台灣消費者對於Downsizing接受程度來看,恐怕還要一段時間才有機會吧!
