    2015 HONDA先進科技之旅(15):小型化安裝簡單,SHS智慧加氫站替普及化做準備

既然有了燃料電池車,那麼最大問題就是要去哪裡補充能源,而過程中是否要耗費非常多時間,再者到底可供應多少車輛,以及要佔用多少土地面積,相信這些對民眾來說肯定是心中最大疑問,不過HONDA的SHS倒是解決這些問題。

由HONDA所獨自開發的SHS(Smart Hydrogen System)智慧加氫站,是為了讓燃料電池車普及的一大解決方案,隨著最新世代燃料電池車Clarity於2015年東京車展發表,全球第一個採用高壓電解水系統的小型化加氫站SHS也跟著問世。基本上藉由太陽能、風力、水力和生質燃料發電所製成氫,經過高壓後儲存在燃料罐裡頭。

總體積7.8平方公尺大小的SHS,可儲存18L燃料罐共8個,每個燃料罐約18kg,且建置時間僅需一天即可完成,根據了解HONDA的智慧氫燃料站一天可生產1.5kg的氫燃料,也就是提供燃料電池車約150km的續航力,以儲存槽可儲存約18kg來計算,差不多是約2000km的距離,這應該可以滿足車輛上的需求。同時在HONDA的規劃下,未來SHS將以日本東京、大阪、京都等四大都會區為中心,並逐步擴展到都會圈以外的住宅區,當然先決條件是燃料電池車必須要能普及。

目前SHS的Prototype日本埼玉縣埼玉市和福岡縣北九州市兩處設置,是以量產為前提進行測試,一但測試沒有任何問題,且燃料電池車的數量增加,相信應該在不少地方就會看SHS。當然最終目標還是希望能趕在2020年東京奧運前完成,以符合日本對新能源政策的要望。
