2015 HONDA先進科技之旅（21）：東京都南青山2-1-1，營運司令部所在

位於日本東京港區外苑東通和青山通路口，有一棟號碼為南青山2-1-1、造型簡單的白色建築物，這裡是鼎鼎有名的HONDA總部，一般人都稱之為HONDA青山жю（HONDA AOYAMA Building），不過在HONDA的規劃下，這裡可不像一般辦公大樓那樣無聊，對於HONDA迷來又是一個必須朝聖之地。
每回只要參加HONDA全球媒體活動，必會造訪位於青山的總部。3於1985年落成的HONDA青山總部，外觀造型與一般大樓最大不同，就在於沒有大面積又閃亮的玻璃圍幕，而是每一層樓都採用凹陷設計，因為當初在設計外觀時完全遵照本田宗一郎的指示，因為在他的理由很簡單，就擔心地震時玻璃破碎會傷到人，因此只要是玻璃處就向內縮1.5公尺，如此的貼心也表現在旗下所有產品上。
在一樓為Welcome Plaza，裡頭就是一個展視廳，由於這次參訪正值新世代Civic Type R的發表，因此一併展示Civic、NSX、Integra 的Type R，經典雪白一自排開絕對是目光焦點。而HONDA旗下的機車也是重點，只要有興趣任何人都可上去坐坐看。此外最佳親善大使ASIMO每天都有定時表演，同時也可根據來賓的國籍說不同語言，此舉肯定獲得會獲得觀眾的滿堂彩。如果逛累了想來杯飲料，或者想買些紀念品回家，咖啡休憩區、精品區都可滿足需求。
此外，在建築物外頭也提供電動車的充電座，只要開著電動車、PHEV的人無論是洽公、賞車或者休息，都可在此免費充電。至於二樓以上，就純屬各單位的辦公室，也是所有機密的所在，只要不是員工絕對非請勿入。
