2016底特律車展報導：歷經十年淬煉！HONDA 第二代Ridgeline終於發表！

北美地區絕對是當今市場的貨卡重陣，除了美系品牌推出自家貨卡產品之外，日系品牌也針對該地區推出貨卡車型，其中HONDA也在2005年透過既有Pilot底盤推出Ridgeline搶市，持續販售至今已經有將近10年的產品週期，難免因競爭力低弱造成銷售表現不佳。不過，HONDA也在2015年11月時，趁著SEMA北美改裝車展發表全新Ridgeline賽車，提前預覽該車樣貌，現在更在底特率車展的舞臺發表全新第二代Ridgeline。
全新第二代HONDA Ridgeline是透過品牌新一代的ACE車身結構打造，可提供車色的剛性表現以及安全性。外觀設計方面，使用品牌新一代的設計語彙打造，使其擁有銳利的頭燈設計，雙相照則是透過鍍鉻以及黑色格柵交織，其中鍍鉻材質更向左右延伸，與頭燈的日行燈結合，更添視覺豐富性。至於車尾的設計就顯得保守許多，只要是尾燈模組透過排列設計出較具有科技感的效果。
內裝設計採用家族化語彙，雖然因車種需求不同而有所差異，但仍可輕易便識，左右對稱的中控台設計，透過材質與飾版的搭配，呈現出相當優異的質感。此外，第二代Ridgeline後座座以可進行6/4分離，提供高機能性的變化。除了設計出色之外，配備方面亦有三區恆溫空調、8吋觸碰式螢幕多媒體車載機等，另外也支援Apple Carplay以及Android Auto系統。
相較於第一代車型，第二代車型貨斗成長少許，並擁有1219mm寬的貨斗，最大可承載725kg的貨物。第二代Ridgeline的貨斗，不僅擁有優異的承載能力，透過多層式的設計創造出更多收納空間。而打造額外收納空間的複合材質更能抗紫外線且防括。
動力系統方面，使用3.5L V6燃油直噴I-VTEC引擎做為動力來源，搭配六速自排變速箱傳遞動力，消費者更可依照使用需求，選擇前驅或四驅車型。其中四驅車型更採用HONDA引以為傲的I-VTM4系統，具有一般、沙地、雪地、泥濘等多種模式進行切換，提供車輛優異越野性能，攻克各種地形。
安全性系統方面，除了ACE車體結構之外，更有周全的安全氣囊以及Honda Sensing系統，包含車道偏離警示、制動系統輔助碰撞減輕、正面碰撞警告、車道維持等系統，大幅提升行車安全性。優異的安全性也獲得NCAP五星以及IIHS Top Safety Plus最高評價。
