賣車已經不再是單純的買賣商業行為，更涉及了許多面向，除了商品本身要夠優異外，更是比拚各車廠展間/保養廠的服務品質、服務主動性、車輛提取、服務人員及服務設施等，而這也是目前許多顧客滿意度（Customer Satisfaction Survey）調查機構所執行的範疇。
近日歐洲消費者組織（Consumers and Users, OCU）就針對超過3萬名歐洲車主進行車輛可靠性（reliability）的調查，評比所羅列的178款不同類型車款，並依據售價、油耗、實用性、可靠性等購車因素進行衡量。
而OCU調查結果顯示，HONDA以93/100的滿意指數獲得了最高評價，其中更有79%的受訪者會進一步推薦HONDA車款的可靠性，若以車款來看，在國內稱為Fit的Jazz獲得了最高評比的實用（utility）級別，其他諸如Civic、CR-V、Insight等車款也都排入可靠性車款10名之內。
事實上，國內多數車廠在行銷時，也會將顧客滿意度列入一大宣傳，相信多數讀者也曾看過型錄上出現諸如J.D POWER所做的調查數據，來證實自家車款〝耐操好凍〞且妥善率高，雖然未必會以此作為購車首要條件，但不妨可以納入考量條件之一。
