    氫能時代啟動!首輛HONDA Clarity交付日本經濟產業省

隨著石油耗竭所帶來的能源問題以及因為溫室氣體導致的全球暖化,電動車被視為全球車廠不得不面對的方向,除了油電複合動力外,也衍生出插電式複合動力、純電動車等形式,然而更多車廠則將重心轉移至氫燃料電池。

許多車廠之所以將眼光望向氫燃料電池車,而非傳統的鎳氫或鋰電池,乃是因為氫燃料補充可在3-5分鐘內完成,與現行加油站幾乎無異,更勝一般電動車即便快充也得花上半小時以上的時間更為快速,重要的是除了同為CO2零排放外,生產物僅有水,更基落實環保訴求。

而延續著1999年推出氫燃料電池動力車FCX的概念,並輔以技術層面有所克服、成本下修,HONDA終於在2015東京車展發表了新世代氫燃料電池車Clarity,動力源自馬力輸出達174hp(130kW)的電動馬達,並由70MPa高壓貯藏的氫氣轉換供給電力,在日本JC08測試值下具備750km最大續航里程。

儘管視為對手的TOYOTA Mirai早已量產上市,並在市場開拓新的戰局,但HONDA對於Clarity的戰略佈局也不遺餘力,自先前以766萬日圓的價格接單後,近日首輛Clarity也正式交付,由社長八鄉隆弘(Takahiro Hachigo)親自遞交車鑰匙,而交車的對象也象徵性交給日本經濟產業省(Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry),與TOYOTA首輛Mirai交付日本首相安倍晉三似乎有著較勁意味。
