    淬鍊嶄新價值!HONDA精進服務品質

2016年HONDA Taiwan持續秉持夢想與熱情,以「購買喜悅、銷售喜悅、創造喜悅-三喜哲學」及「顧客滿意度第一」為經營理念,持續朝向創造台灣大眾駕乘的喜悅邁進。為了鞏固原有的高服務品質、並持續精進銷售服務等全方面環節,包括來店賞車、試乘體驗與締結、交車等過程,都能讓顧客體驗HONDA高品質專業服務及產品價值、及賓至如歸的感受。

HONDA Taiwan自2005年開始,除了針對全國HONDA Cars據點的營業人員,實施日常「據點自主演練」外,更每年舉辦「銷售演練發表會」,針對現行車種之接待、試乘、交車等完整的銷售過程演練,進行全面檢測,且針對營業人員日常使用的銷售工具Approach Book內容與操作評價,期待透過全方位訓練、檢證機制,以顧客的觀點來檢視第一線營業人員,均值的提供高品質專業服務水準,為提供HONDA三種喜悅中-「購買的喜悅」而努力。

實施嚴格訓練及檢證,促進專業及高品質服務水準
為了不斷強化HONDA Cars據點所提供的銷售服務品質能達全面高標準,HONDA Taiwan定期針對第一線的營業人員舉辦多項訓練及檢測,希望讓全體營業人員體認自我提升的重要性,進而形成組織學習、互相惕厲成長。而為了更有系統的進行銷售服務品質把關,更於2005年起開始實施「銷售演練發表會」,迄2016年,已舉行12屆。銷售演練發表會分為「據點自主演練期」與「成果發表」兩大階段。2016年「據點自主演練期」自3月中起至5月中,為期兩個月。自主演練期中HONDA Cars據點需針對所有現行車種排定數回的接待、試乘、交車演練計劃,並檢視整備日常銷售使用的工具Approach Book,以達成顧客滿意度第一為目標。

「2016銷售演練發表會」實為各據點日常訓練成果的驗收,HONDA Taiwan依據點位置,將發表會分為北區、中南區共兩區,每區舉行兩場,並混合區域內的據點進行交叉發表與觀摩,以提升整體水準。此外,為使新進人員打下紮實基礎,入社一年以內的營業人員均必須參加觀摩,學習各據點的優點並期許自我成長。發表會以各據點為單位,檢視項目包含商品知識筆試、指定車種接待演練、試乘演練、交車演練與Approach Book評價,所有的演練項目均由演練人員現場抽出並進行發表,會後並依照據點團體總成績,選出團體獎前三名,並由HONDA Taiwan伊藤隆人董事長親自頒發專屬名牌與據點獎座予以表揚。另針對該場次發表會接待演練與試乘演練最高分者,伊藤隆人 董事長亦親自頒發個人獎專屬名牌予以表揚,並期許全體營業人員能實踐本回活動的最終目標「超越自我,創新價值」,全面超越顧客的期待,達成「購買的喜悅」。
