    十一速三離合器!HONDA自排變速箱專利曝光

最近我們試駕 MERCEDES-BENZ E-Class 全新第十代後,對其九速雙離合器變速箱綿密扎實的傳動反應讚賞不已。但科技發展並不會因此停滯,最近就有人在日本專利資料庫中,赫然發現 2016 年 5 月 27 月上架一份 HONDA 新專利,將可能實現十一速三離合器的配置!

根據專利說明,新設計與傳統自排變速箱相比,將帶來更快的換檔速度與運作效率,在提供更廣泛的最佳速域表現同時,對油耗表現來說也會有相當提升。而比現行雙離合器變速箱的最大優勢,則宣稱可解決變速過程中扭距耗損的問題,能完整傳遞引擎動力。雖然 HONDA 專利文件中並沒有解釋這套新設計的細部運作流程,但推測三離合器將大幅提高升降檔的預先接合命中機率。

目前車壇主流自排變速箱檔位普遍在六至八速之間,例如 MERCEDES-BENZ 車款大多採用 7G-TRONIC 和 9G-TRONIC 自排變速箱;BMW 則採用 Steptronic 八速自排變速箱,至於 LAND ROVER 也開始搭配九速自排變速箱,在一般駕馭模式下盡早升檔以營造優異油耗表現,面對突如其來的加速需求也能迅速退至低檔位、提升引擎轉速換取動力。但早在 2012 年變速箱生產大廠 ZF 即表示九速自排變速箱為物理上的先天限制,考量到機件的複雜程度與重量,量產十速以上的自排變速箱其實並沒有太多優勢。

而 HONDA 也不是首間開發十一速自排變速箱的乘用車廠,FORD 更是早在 2013 年即搶先註冊關於11速自排變速箱的相關專利,但若要談到量產實用化可就是另一回事了,大部分不外乎是搶先對手保護未來可能的發展趨勢,並不意味該專利會真正搭載於旗下車款。
