    等了一年,HONDA Clarity Fuel Cell終於交車了!

現今市面上的新能源車,除了油電混合與純電動車型比較常見之外,還有大家比較少見的氫燃料電池汽車。HONDA旗下的首款燃料電池車型Clarity Fuel Cell也在最近正式交車了。在Clarity Fuel Cell原型車已經推出一年後,終於首次開放給一般大眾使用。

HONDA從2005年開始就開始邀請有車主參加HONDA氫燃料電池車的試駕體驗,而這次交車的六位車主,當然也都曾試過HONDA第二代Clarity FCX。

說是交車,但車主們並非用買的,而是以租賃的方式每月向HONDA繳納369美元(約新台幣11000元)的租金,為期三年。雖然Clarity Fuel Cell對大續航力約600公里,加氫也只需要三到五分鐘,如果長途旅行的話,可能會遇到找不到加氫站的窘境,為了解決這個問題,HONDA也向Clarity Fuel Cell的車主面費提供三年內三周的一般燃油車使用。

從驅動方式上來看,雖然氫燃料電池車和電動車同樣是採用電動馬達提供動力,但是氫燃料電池車的電力卻並不是藉由充電來獲得,而是與一般燃油車一樣,需要補充燃料,一般燃油車補給的是汽柴油,而氫燃料電池車則是補充氫氣。經過燃燒之後,氫燃料電池車最後排出的僅有乾淨的水。

氫燃料電池車看似相當環保,但是目前最大的障礙是基礎設施不足,氫燃料電池車專用的加氫站與電動車的充電站向較之下,落後了許多,更別提一般燃油車四處可見的加油站了。美國加州,也只有70處加氫站。
