強強聯手！HONDA 與 HITACHI 宣布成立電動車電機系統合資公司

新能源車種被視為下一波高成長動能領域，在確保維持高度競爭力優勢的考量下，全球各大車廠也陸續展開跨廠牌合作計畫。近日 HONDA 與 HITACHI 汽車系統集團正式簽訂合作備忘錄，宣布將以共同成立合資公司形式加強開發電動車市場，出資比例為 HITACHI 佔 51%；HONDA 佔 49%，總資本額 50 億日圓，但新合資公司的名稱尚未定案。
根據雙方共同發布的資訊指出，這家全新合資公司將專注於開發、製造和銷售電動車所使用的電機系統，從產業面來看將直接切入電動車關鍵技術供應鏈。檢視各自的技術背景，HONDA 從 1999 年發表首款量產化複合動力車款 Insight 以來，不斷致力於開展新能源車領域技術，後續更以 HONDA Clarity 氫燃料車宣告其多元化能源路線。而 HITACHI 則自 1999 年起開始銷售電動車用電機，並成為全球電動車電機部件的重要供應商之一。
從業務面來看，雙方表示新合資公司將以美國和中國市場為重要發展據點，並各自經營製造與銷售運作，且伴隨相關業務架構的建立，也將能滿足預期高度成長的全球電動車電機市場需求，提供 HONDA 和其他汽車製造商極具競爭力的產品。
HONDA 認為從長遠來看，未來電動車將扮演無碳交通環境重要角色，因此 HONDA 總裁兼執行長八鄉隆弘（Takahiro Hachigo）曾對外表示，未來兩年在美國推出的全新車款中，電動車將占據一半的比例！這無疑是攸關 HONDA 未來發展方向的重要表態，檢視原廠近年產品規畫策略也足見發展軌跡。
HONDA 計畫起碼到 2030 年，電動車款要佔全部銷售額的三分之二比例，藉以達成設定 2050 年 HONDA 車輛排碳量要比 2000 年減半的全球目標。同時原廠在新能源車議題上也有更長遠的見解，2016年12月正式推出新型 Clarity 氫燃料電池車系，最大續航力達到 589 公里大幅超越現有純鋰電池車能耐。
同時進入新的一年，HONDA 還規劃擴充 Clarity Electric 與 Clarity Plug-In Hybrid 兩種車型陣容，並搭配 Accord Hybrid 在美國中型房車市場強勢的節能優勢下，預告新加入的輕型商用貨卡則會採用雙馬達複合動力系統，實際產品將陸續釋出相關資訊。
